How do I pay?

Do I need an account?
No – you can check out as a guest, and optionally create an account at the end.
The sweets
Are all the sweets vegan?
Yes, every single one. They're also vegetarian and halal friendly, dairy free and alcohol free.
Are the sweets nut free?
The sweets contain no nuts, but nuts are handled in our facility.
Are the sweets gluten free?
Some are and some aren't. We can't guarantee any bag is gluten free, as gluten-free sweets may have been in contact with others.
How long do the sweets keep?
For the best taste, enjoy them within 4 weeks. They typically have a best-before date of at least 9 months. Once opened, keep them in an airtight container so they don't go hard or stale.
Will every bag be the same?
No – every bag is different, so the exact mix of sweets varies. That's half the fun!
Packaging
How do I dispose of the packaging?
The clear inner bag is biodegradable and can be home composted or recycled. The outer bag is strong enough to reuse for storage, and can be recycled. The postage packaging is 100% compostable, and our stickers are recycled paper.
Trees & Net Zero
How does a tree get planted?
When your payment goes through, a donation to our partner more:trees is triggered automatically and they plant a tree in one of their projects. Find out more.
What does Net Zero mean for Sweet Zer0?
It means we balance the carbon we produce with the carbon we remove. We reached Net Zero in August 2022. Read how we do it.
